1 Personal data

6 Use of customer master data

If you have placed orders with us via an active customer account, we process these specific data records further to enrich the personalised advertising. We only use the data record for the design of dynamic content and for the formation of target group segments. For example, to display brand-specific promotional offers or interest-driven advertising (banners, websites or newsletters). In addition, we create impersonal target group segments for all customer data. This usually includes an evaluation of age groups or the analysis of specific purchasing behavior. At no time will personal data be enriched or used outside of your customer account. The customer account is protected several times against external access via our IT system landscape.
